Nami's journey began with a personal vision - to build a fragrance brand that felt like a breath of fresh air in an industry defined by excess. As both founder and designer, the process was deeply personal, requiring a simultaneous understanding of brand strategy, visual identity, UI design, and photographic art direction. Research into the fragrance market revealed a clear gap - independent brands with soul were being drowned out by visual noise. Nami was the answer to that noise. Every element was designed with restraint and intention, from the wordmark that carries the quiet elegance of water-inspired forms to the photography that prioritizes atmosphere over product placement. The UI was built to feel as effortless as the experience of wearing a fragrance - invisible, seamless, and emotionally resonant. Since its creation, Nami has represented what happens when a designer builds something they truly believe in - a brand rooted in serenity, storytelling, and the quiet power of beautiful design.
